Client Appreciation Party ~ June 2, 2024

RMP Clients & Friends!

I wanted to say a BIG thank you to all of you who were able to join me for my first Client Appreciation Party at the movies 🙂 We had a really great turnout, (81 people!) but there were many people who had kiddo sports, were out of town or had plans already on the calendar. I hope to be able to do another party before the end of summer with even more attendees! I’m thinking either a day at our Lake House (on Loon Lake) or maybe hitting up a ballgame for our own Spokane Indians. And a fall/winter event like bowling or roller-skating?

I’d love to see who would be up for what and then I can make a plan from there. I am also considering having more “small group” parties throughout each season as opposed to a larger scale event. What do you think? What would you be more comfortable with and/or wanting to make sure you can attend if you had a choice between one or the other? You can respond to this newsletter, send me a quick message, hit me up on the social channels or of course call/text anytime.
I’d also LOVE suggestions! I have a whole list of things I like to do, but if you have any ideas that you’d be willing to share- please share them ;)

Speaking of doing fun stuff with my favs… Did you know I have a referral program that I’ve been doing for the past couple of years? When someone near and dear to me refers my name to someone who needs my help, the refer-er gets flowers, a gift card or something specific that I know they love as my way of saying THANK YOU!! This is an ongoing thing and honestly will likely never stop because my goal is always to take care of the people who know, like and trust me- by taking care of their people in the best way possible. And even more importantly, this is THE way I want to gain raving fans & clients, by being the name that first comes to mind when {Real} Estate talk is happening!

One last thing ~ I’m going to be having two amazing listings hit the market by the end of June. Both are Northside homes, both large & in beautiful neighborhoods. The price will be somewhere between $600k-$700k. If you know of anyone who might not be looking yet, but is ready to jump if they see something great- HOLLER!
