I’ve been receiving a ton of questions lately about the market, rates and what to expect in the coming months/2026.

Soooo, I wanted to ask my friends and clients what YOU really want to know about when it comes to your home or real‑estate goals.
Maybe it’s figuring out your home’s current value, planning a renovation, or just getting a handle on the market. Maybe it’s your tax assessed value questions, should you refinance to pay off debt and what updates actually add value to your home vs just costing you! (ie solar panels- not good see video below)
