Hello RMP Friends!

June Stats

Stats are still trucking along in a similar fashion as the last few months. Closed sales up, prices up, inventory UP! While the numbers aren’t looking weird in anyway, just ask around and you’ll hear that sentiment pretty much everywhere. Some sellers are having a hard time selling (at their current price), some buyers are having a hard time jumping in the game & some agents are feeling the panic of both sides.
I say it all the time, price strategically, get your preapprovals done & get started! There is no time like the present ;)
If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling this year or know of someone who is, holler!

Now on to the fun ~
Next week (Thursday, July 24th) is the Big Barn Bash up on Greenbluff! I know summer is a crazy busy time for activities, getaways and even sports, but if you can swing it, I’d love to see you there. We’ll have a taco truck, cotton candy maker, face painter & band. I’ll be there from 4-8p with your tickets ~ come and find me when you arrive!!
